If the flutes are leaned to the right or left, the board is said to have leaned flutes. This affect compression strength of the board. Leaned flutes occurs due to various reasons.
- Machine level and alignment : This occur due to non alignment of machine. It can be avoided by checking and correcting the alignment of the machine.
- Less Pressure of flute roll :- Give proper pressure to the flute roll designed for the specified flute height.
