AUTOMATIC DIE CUTTING MACHINE
MY series is a special equipment applying to die-cutting of duplex board and carton boxes. Gripper barsof high intensity are applied, with advanced gripping structure which are applicable to all types of duplex board, cardboard and corrugated paperboard. Front andrear, and side registration mechanism ensure high precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, pneumatic clutch with swift action, pneumatic plate locking.Programmable controller andhuman-machine interface are equipped, on which working speed, working quantity, total running time, machine faults will be displayed. Frequency inverter is adopted for controlling the main motor, with stepless speed regulation. Many sensors and safety device are adopted to ensure the stable running of the machine and the safety of the operators. Front and rear die cutting pressure can be adjusted separately, manual moving is convenient and labor saving. And no gripper margin die cutting can be done.
